Lega todos sus papeles, manuscritos, notas, trabajos literarios sin terminar a Manuel Mata y Maneja, vecino y abogado de Barcelona, para que queme su correspondencia, termine y publique sus obras inacabadas y reparta las ganancias de las mismas a partes iguales con Juana Pacheco.\r\nCláusula 6.
